Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to real estate professionals, including but not limited to handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork.
Client Communication: Interact with clients, buyers, and sellers to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address inquiries professionally.
Transaction Coordination: Facilitate the transaction process by liaising with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and other parties involved. Ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and assist in the analysis of real estate trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with real estate transactions and terminology is a plus.
